Do my guests need to download anything?
No. Guests simply point their phone camera at the QR code and the page opens in their browser. Uploading takes a couple of taps.
Is there a limit on photos or videos?
Guests can share as many photos and videos as they like — there's no cap on how many. The only limit is per file: each one can be up to 200MB. Photos are nowhere near that, and so are most clips straight from a phone; it's only very long videos that can go over, so it's worth recording in shorter clips rather than one long take.
Is the page private?
Yes. Your page has its own private link, and a secret guest code keeps uploads to the people you've invited.
What happens when my package ends?
Before your page retires, you can download every photo and video that was shared — the memories are yours to keep forever.
How far in advance should I book?
Your page is usually ready within a couple of days, but booking a week or more ahead gives you plenty of time to print your QR code on invites and table cards.
